Today is the 17th of Tamuz. The day that marks the beginning of a three week period leading up to Tisha b’Av, the historic day of Jewish mourning and loss. 

So many terrible numbers. 
But how do you quantify grief?
What shifts when we offer ourselves even a little warmth? Naama, thank you for reminding us that the way we treat ourselves matters.
